Absolutely beautiful candles! I burn mine every day and I just love the look. It is a beautiful clean burn and looks so elegant on my counter. My candle arrived broken. I was so upset when I opened it. I called customer service and they were unbelievable! They apologized and said they will send a replacement right away. I received the replacement so quickly. This company is absolutely wonderful.

While the candle and bottles were beautiful as well as the packaging the funnel to pour the oil on was not included although it is shown as being included.

The Evarlasting Candles are always on my counter so are seen by all of my friends . In the evening when it is time to create some atmosphere they are quite surprised to see me lighting the brass rods in the vase and not the candles behind them. ( which are actually not real and from the sixties.) They become a unique warm centre piece for entertaining.

The are very pretty but I am worried they may get knocked over (dog or kids or me!) and the fluid would spill. I think the design could be improved with some sort of lid as a preventative safety measure. If it spills while lit that would be a big problem. I’m not sure I am comfortable keeping them out.

We loved this item. It was so pretty sitting on our dresser, and it didn't set off the super-sensitive smoke alarms as regular candles do. We used it with great pleasure -- until two nights ago when our cat knocked it off. It hit a chair, the glass broke and the oil spilled into the upholstery. Not your fault, and the cat was simply being a cat. He had never even looked at it while I was around, and I thought I had secured it well enough behind a couple of other items. But a determined cat in the middle of the night had his way with it. So sad!

They are beautiful but they are not tall enough to take the place of a candelabra or candle sticks. I was shocked at the mini size for the price I paid. I kept them because too much hassle to send back and the flame and idea after quite pretty. But I won’t buy them as Christmas gifts which was my plan.

But this last order came with one missing box of actual candle sticks, I assumed no big deal and you would pop a replacement in the mail but when I emailed about it being replaced I got a ridiculous answer. I have commented here before on my last purchase. I love your candles, they are beautiful, clean and pristine. It is my new favorite gift for birthdays, housewarming, showers, etc.
However, I am continually disappointed by the lack of outside packaging. Your candles are packed so beautifully in a pretty box and then they arrive with mailing stickers plastered all over them which are impossible to remove without ruining the box. Placed in a simple bag for mailing would eliminate this problem and make your product way more appealing.
Please look into this as it degrades the absolute beautiful product that you sell!
