My daughters were delighted with their gifts of the sets I had trouble with lighting my sticks. The wick protruded slightly on one end and didn’t show on the other end resulting in no flame on that end. What is the best way to light the candle? Love the idea and the holders though. I received the clear with the gold candles. Love them. I ordered the mirror one with silver candles but unfortunately a red case was sent in error and I did not have the time to return and then mail out for Christmas.

The first Everlasting Candle I bought was for a friend, she loved it so much that I bought one for myself and one for my son for Christmas. Ours are Neva, mine clear glass with gold candles, clear and black for my son. I love them both so I don’t have a favourite. I light mine every night and have never done that with my other candles. The black is perfect with my son’s decor in his home. I love that there is no scent whatsoever and just a tiny wisp of smoke when I blow them out.

My spouse love gold and every plate service plate in fact everything when she is preparing a table for diner our reception has something GOLD in it so do I have to explain more and on top of that the setup is very classy with the fact also that since there is no smell is a big bonus when eating

The only thing that would be better is the courier you are using. Their app does not give up to date information and both times I have ordered it gave me a delivery date which turned out to be wrong and there was no update or notification from the courier.

I purchased the gold candle and when I received it the candle had two tones to it like one Side was in the sun for ages, first thing I noticed then after looking around I noticed that the gold had marks all over it, I asked for my money back and this company wouldn't have a bar of me wanting my money back so I finally after many emails agreed to get a replacement candle I received it today and the EXACT SAME THING. DO NOT BUY THESE CANDLES AS THEY LOOK USED AND MARKED BADLY.

Have already shared my experience by email - I bought two sets as two separate birthday gifts. Received the order squeezed into one box with only one set of instructions. Rather than in your FAQ’s about ordering more than one -maybe you should highlight in your “blurb” that more than one order will not come in its own “presentation gift box…… Gutted to receive my order in this way.

I purchased the Everlasting candle set as a sympathy gift for my sister-in-law as her sister passed away. Since she lives in another state i had it sent directly to her. I was disappointed that i was unable to write a note expressing my sympathy and to let her know who sent it. I had to send a separate card. However, she did love it very much.
