While my candle is beautiful, I feel the items are overpriced. Especially the oil refills, so I will be buying my oil elsewhere. Also for the price it would be nice if a funnel and wooden matches (recommended by seller) were included.

I am enjoying my purchase and love that I can light my steel candles and have no smoke or odor and so easy to blow out the flame The only complaint is the vase which I do love but felt it was a little thin I would like to have a thicker and heavier glass for stability. Bought 3 in the last year as gifts. So beautiful. Plan to buy one for myself at some point. The only thing I don’t like is the lack of instructions in the box. Additionally, I ordered two this year as separate gifts and they arrived in one package. I had to separate the parts and put them in gift bags. Such beautiful packaging, so it was a shame I had to open them rather than just wrapping the boxes.

My daughters were delighted with their gifts of the sets I had trouble with lighting my sticks. The wick protruded slightly on one end and didn’t show on the other end resulting in no flame on that end. What is the best way to light the candle? Love the idea and the holders though. The first Everlasting Candle I bought was for a friend, she loved it so much that I bought one for myself and one for my son for Christmas. Ours are Neva, mine clear glass with gold candles, clear and black for my son. I love them both so I don’t have a favourite. I light mine every night and have never done that with my other candles. The black is perfect with my son’s decor in his home. I love that there is no scent whatsoever and just a tiny wisp of smoke when I blow them out.

My spouse love gold and every plate service plate in fact everything when she is preparing a table for diner our reception has something GOLD in it so do I have to explain more and on top of that the setup is very classy with the fact also that since there is no smell is a big bonus when eating

The only thing that would be better is the courier you are using. Their app does not give up to date information and both times I have ordered it gave me a delivery date which turned out to be wrong and there was no update or notification from the courier.
