I received an everlasting candle for Christmas several years ago and was delighted with the odourless oil. Hubby has allergies and I can’t have anything scented around. This is the second Everlasting candle set I now own. I loved my first gifted one so much, that when we moved to a new home, I had to order a second set to match my new environment. I love how they do not emit the toxic black smoke that most wax candles do. I also love how you can keep using the candles, basically for a lifetime. They look so pretty.

While I really love the look I am shocked at how quickly the oil is used up. I have used my candle four times and have very little oil left. Two of my orders were for Christmas and I fear they may be unhappy in the near future. I am in the process of hunting down mineral oil locally for myself and my gift recipients.

I didn't want a gift that was trivial, or one that just contributed to more clutter. I came across the site for this company quite by chance, but I find the back-story and the product intriguing and incredible. What a perfect gift, especially for an anniversary, since everyone wants their commitment to be everlasting! I don't have photos, but the lovebirds were fascinated and thrilled with the gift. I collect beautiful vases as a flower grower and find those more attractive and unusual as candle holders. The oil is very expensive and almost prohibitive for the many I have gifted the sets.

Very unhappy with this product and customer service. You shipped a glass piece in a box without securing it. It was an anniversary gift that was destroyed upon arrival. When I did a return I asked for a return label. You sent an email with instructions and are trying to charge me for shipping. It was your lack of securing your product that caused the issue and you want me to pay for shipping???
