We have enjoyed your candle for several years and recently had to purchase a new vase and at the same time ordered new oil. Recently though the candle will burn brightly as it is designed but gradually the flame goes out or is struggling. It seems the wick is not functioning correctly or is too low in the candle. We tried to push the wick up from the bottom but that hasn’t worked either. I have a short video of what it looks like and would be happy to send to you. Need address. Thank you Jerry Roos
